Our Skilling and Employability Initiative empowers marginalised youth and women by providing accessible, digital skill-based training. We aim to close the skills-employability gap and foster inclusive livelihoods in India’s growing digital economy.

We recognise that skill development is a key driver of economic progress—especially for underserved communities. By equipping individuals with essential digital and soft skills, we create pathways to sustainable employment and economic independence.

To ensure wide reach and inclusivity, we collaborate with a diverse network of partners, including corporations, technical experts, and educational institutions across rural areas and tier 2 and 3 cities. Together, we deliver high-quality training that meets the needs of today’s job market.

Our programme has made a measurable impact—many of our graduates have secured jobs in reputed tech-enabled firms. Through this initiative, we proudly support the Government of India’s Skill India Mission and remain committed to empowering marginalised communities with the tools to thrive in the digital era.
