MNS Skills India proposes Project “UMEED” to train women and PWD’s of Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, Himachal & Uttarakhand in IT/ITes sector to enhance their EMPLOYABILITY and giving a kick start to their career.
Hence, there is a pressing need to focus on inclusive development by training them in need- based trades to make them employable and self-reliant. In view of the same, this project aims to equip these individuals with relevant, marketable skills that opens doors to new job opportunities and career paths
MNS Skills India proposes Project “UMEED” to train woman and PWD’s of Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand in IT/ITes sector to enhance their EMPLOYABILITY and giving a kick start to their career.
Outcome
Project “UMEED “would skill women from rural parts of various districts and PWD’s who aspire to change their life for better. Placement assistance to minimum of 100% of the trainees in various companies would be provided at the end of training.
- Each trainee will be handpicked and properly counselled by team of professional counsellors
- Each trainee will get proper environment along with required infrastructure at the training center
- Each trainee will be part of a batch which will be managed by a certified Trainer
- Each trainee has to undergo a rigorous training and regular assessments
- During the training trainees will get a chance to experience industrial visits
- At the end of the training a final assessment will be conducted post which trainee will be jointly certified
- Trainees will be offered 3 different placement opportunities
